My work helps you come home to yourself. I help exhausted over-givers, helpers, and highly responsible people recognize the patterns that keep them stuck in self-abandonment.
Together, we listen beneath the stress, anger, fear, sadness, or overwhelm and heal the root so you can finally choose YOU.
The responsible one.
The helper.
The fixer.
You notice what others need.
You step in before being asked.
You carry emotional weight that was never truly yours.
And even when you are exhausted…
you keep going.
But somewhere inside, you may know:
“I cannot keep living this way.”
The fixer pattern is not who you are.
It is what you learned.
At some point, you may have learned that being helpful, responsible, pleasing, or strong was the way to feel safe, loved, needed, or accepted.
That pattern may have helped you survive.
But now…
it may be costing you your peace, your energy, your joy, and your connection to yourself.

In this course, you will learn to:
This is a practice.
Each week includes teaching, reflection, exercises, and simple daily practices to help you create real change.
Because insight is not enough.
The transformation is in the practice.
What you will experience over 90 days
Month 1: Awareness and Interruption
You begin seeing the fixer pattern clearly and learn the power of the Pause.
Month 2: Repatterning
You practice boundaries, receiving, naming your needs, and choosing yourself.
Month 3: Healing and Embodiment
You meet the inner child beneath the pattern, shift old beliefs, and begin living from self-trust.
My background is in psychology, coaching, inner child healing, and subconscious transformation. But this work also comes from my own healing journey.
Years ago, the phrase “Listen to the Cries of Your Heart” came to me and changed the direction of my life.
Since then, I have helped clients listen to the places within themselves that were ignored, burdened, or left alone.
Fixer’s Freedom grew from this work.
There is another way.
You can care deeply without losing yourself.
You can love without over-giving.
You can support others without abandoning your own heart.
